Putin’s New “Kill List” 2021 Leaks After Biden Calls Him a Soulless Killer

Putin’s new “kill list” 2021 has leaked to the media as he is allegedly planning to kill his opponents, six of whom are currently living in Britain. This follows USA president Joe Biden’s statement that branded Vladimir Putin “a killer with no soul”. Biden threatens Putin that he will “pay the price” for meddling in US elections. Putin chillingly responded to Biden, ‘it takes one to know one.’ According to a sympathetic Russian intelligence officer, Putin has cautioned that he would reach his opponents with “long arms.” The warning comes from the same spy who warned that Sergei Skripal, the Salisbury novichok victim, was targeted for assassination.

In a letter to one target, the officer says: “They are out to shut you up completely. Take the precaution of quickly changing your place of residence, even if only temporarily.”

The undercover agent, who employs sophisticated technology to prevent detection, works in the FSB, Russia’s equivalent of MI5. The warning came after UK prime minister Boris Johnson identified Russia in last week’s defense review as the UK’s “most acute threat.” Russia being a threat was highlighted in the 114-page integrated study of Britain’s foreign and defense policy.

According to one insider, Putin is moving again to sever assistance for opposition politician Alexei Navalny, 44, sentenced to serve two-and-a-half years in a prison camp last month. The fabricated charges followed a failed assassination attempt. A hit squad of FSB chemical weapons experts sprayed nerve gas on Alexei Navalny’s trousers to kill him while still on a plane. Only the pilot’s quick action in making an emergency landing spared Navalny’s life. The Kremlin has denied the allegations. The dissident was flown to Russia after receiving medical care in Germany.

The FSB spy source said, quoting two other targets: “As for Chichvarkin and Ashurkov, there is a plan to poison them with a substance similar to that used with the Skripals.”

The spy said that the SVR—Russia’s overseas intelligence service, known as “the Forest”—is charged with eliminating Mikhail Khodorkovsky.

The source said: “A Forest plan exists to abduct him by injecting a special substance to knock him out.”

And the message says the orders came directly from President Putin with the words: “We have long arms. No scum can hide from us.”

There is also a warning that Russian special ops teams are gathering in Ireland to cross into Britain.

The source added: “The pandemic froze almost all overseas operations. Now they are activating them again.”

The FSB spy attempting to protect lives puts messages on USB-drives and uses burner phones to alert British targets. An unregistered email automatically transmitted them so no one can monitor any live communications. The spook warns of “wet ops”–spy slang for the FSB being planned over the next two months by the Kontora.

And the source adds: “As for sanctions by the West, the Kontora frankly does not care.”

At least two of the targets have informed police of Putin’s new “kill list.” Earlier this month, an MI5 counterintelligence officer named Tom used a Sky News podcast to warn that the Kremlin is still taking “quite an active interest” in several people here.

He said: “We can’t prevent an incredibly well-resourced and ruthless adversary from getting something like novichok in.” And he added: “Moscow is now keen to restart intelligence operations from its London embassy after the UK expelled 23 spies in the wake of the 2018 Salisbury attack on ex-double agent Skripal, 69, and daughter Yulia, 37.”

They survived, but innocent Dawn Sturgess, 44, died when she contacted the dumped poison.

Rivals on Putin’s New “Kill List” in Britain

Vladimir Ashurkov

Because of Navalny’s connections, Vladimir Ashurkov, 49, was obliged to resign as an investment banker in Russia. He is now the manager of Navalny’s Anti-Corruption Foundation, and Britain gave him refuge in 2015.

He told the Mirror: “I know Russian security services are capable of executions anywhere in the world. There are at least ten unexplained deaths in the UK. I feel safer on the streets of London than in Moscow, but nothing can ensure total safety. Several of our people are under house arrest in Russia. I hope UK authorities are working to prevent any more assassinations here.”

Mikhail Khodorkovsky

Mikhail Khodorkovsky, 57, is a Siberian billionaire with an oil field who now lives in exile in London. In 2003, he was charged with theft. Putin froze all of Khodorkovsky’s company shares, even though he has now rebuilt much of his wealth. Amnesty International branded him a prisoner of conscience and was granted parole in 2014 after completing an eight-year sentence. The following year, he returned to the UK and relaunched Open Russia, a campaign devoted to free and fair elections.

He said: “If Putin wants to kill me, no bodyguards will help. I am a well-known opponent of Putin.”

Evgeny Chichvarkin

Evgeny Chichvarkin, 46, became Russia’s richest man under 35—worth £1.1billion. After establishing Yevroset, the most prominent cellular retailer in Russia, he built his empire. Chichvarkin allegedly paid Alexei Navalny’s medical bills while he was hospitalized in Germany following the poisoning attempt. He now owns Hedonism Wines in central London and the upscale Mayfair private dining rooms Hide, where the most expensive bottle of wine costs a whopping £26,000. Media inquiries to Chichvarkin went unanswered.

Boris Karpichkov

Boris Karpichkov, 62, is a retired FSB and KGB major. In 1998, he relocated to Britain, carrying two suitcases full of secrets with him. Karpichkov escaped two poisoning attempts during his visit to New Zealand.

He said: “We are keen to get our names out there. It might prompt the police to give us more protection. And it makes it more difficult for Putin to deny responsibility if one of us is killed. Going public is the only way to stay alive.”

Christopher Steele

Christopher Steele, 56, is a retired MI6 officer running the private intelligence firm Orbis Business Intelligence. He angered President Putin by making unsubstantiated Russian spies’ claims, holding compromising videos of ex-US President Donald Trump cavorting with prostitutes.

Orbis boss Arthur Snell said: “OBI takes the security of its staff seriously.” And he added: “While we are not political activists, we admire Alexei Navalny for his courage in the face of outrageous persecution.”

Bill Browder

Bill Browder, 56, has long been a critic of Putin and has received death threats. In 2018, he, like Steele, was supposedly marked for death alongside Sergei Skripal. The financier works for the Hermitage Fund, which was once Russia’s most extensive international portfolio investor. He was deported in 2005 after being deemed a security threat to Russia.

He said: “This needs to be taken seriously. Putin tried to kill Navalny with novichok, and anyone on Putin’s new ‘kill list,’ including me, must take precautions. Any moral or geographical boundaries do not constrain Putin.”
